High anti-oxidation metal wear-resistant color-blocking liquid is a special anti-corrosion agent and anti-oxidation and anti-rust protection agent specially developed for gold, silver and copper plating parts. It can effectively inhibit metal surface rust and erosion and prevent metal. The surface is discolored to achieve long-term preservation without discoloration.
Product advantages
Long anti-salt and anti-rust performance (according to ASTM B-117 and DIN EN ISO 9227 neutral salt spray test standards, rust spots begin at 800H or above, but the corrosion resistance may vary due to different material properties).
Contains special effects additives that do not affect surface gloss and increase shine.

The surface of the workpiece is formed into two nanometer thick protective films to prevent oxidation.

Suitable for long-term color retention of various gold, silver, copper bracelets, rings and other workpieces.
Instructions
The polished workpiece is immersed in 100% stock solution (high anti-oxidation metal wear-resistant color-blocking liquid) for 3-5 minutes (depending on the size and quantity of the workpiece to extend the soaking time).
The soaked workpiece is cleaned with water.
Place the cleaned parts in the oven and dry at 60 degrees Celsius for less than 2 minutes.
Precautions
Work must be carried out in a well ventilated area with volatility and away from open flames.
The operator must wear protective equipment and operate to prevent the skin from coming into contact with the blocking solution. If it is accidentally touched, it should be rinsed off with clean water immediately (not normal operation, the company is not responsible).
The containers and tools used in the rationale should be used exclusively to prevent the liquid from being impure.
Avoid splashing into the eyes and wash thoroughly with water immediately in case of contact. In case of burning, seek medical attention immediately and do not expose children (Illegal operation, the company is not responsible).
After sales service
Provide lifetime technical support and maintenance for the products sold. The whole machine is responsible for free warranty for any quality problems within one year. If it is not used according to the actual operating procedures, the damage caused by man-made damage and force majeure is not covered by the free warranty, only paid repairs are provided.
